1) ¿Cuál es la función de la psicología (o de la psiquiatría) en una crisis económica?

I’m not saying stick some hospital social workers into Sage (although it would help) but please add some family carers and service users and look at older people because often their voices are lost in coproduction.

Oh do stay alert. Doesn't he know folks with severe & enduring mental ill-health have been "off-rolled" by community #mentalhealth services & excluded from NHS care?
There is a lot of ableism in the psych survivor movement. One of my pet peeves is when survivors say “I’m not disabled” like they are offended anyone would suggest such a thing. We all have the right to self-determine identities, but there is a ring of ableism to such statements.

Your occasional reminder that "Home and Community-Based Services" (HCBS), as currently defined by the Final Settings Rule, doesn't necessarily mean you aren't in a congregate, institutional, setting without integration into the community and without a self-determination.

Face book actively represses free speech. News release from Clayvile home. Covid 19. It can hit twice? Or is the test 40% wrong? Concerned parents want to know. What's going on at Central New York Psychiatric ? Why don't death's get recorded with prison population?

Hospital stats excluded psychiatric hospitals. Can we get those stats? And how many detained there under MHA/MCA caught covid?

Today's figures show nurses & doctors at no greater risk of dying from #covid19uk than general public – but care workers are at TWICE the risk!#Socialcare workers do not have the same access to #ppe – & poorly patients continue to be discharged from hospital to care homes.

Infatti. All'aria aperta se stiamo distanti è difficilissimo che ti becchi il #Covid_19.

In Italia lo hanno beccato tutti nei luoghi chiusi, ospedali, case di cura, sale attesa medici.

The only assistance you can get for "mental health" issues from all but a rare MD is a prescription for #psychiatric drugs.

All I can say is, anybody prescribing benzos or #psychiatric drugs for covid-19 anxiety right now better study up on tapering people off of them.
guys i need to go to a psychiatric hospital or I am going to die but I cannot go because it's really easy to contract covid 19 in psychiatric hospitals

— Lene Andersen (@TheSeatedView) May 22, 2020
#covid19 should never have been raised to #pandemic level or extreme triage. The #model was bunk; and, people died needlessly. The mortalities from “not priority” were literally fed back into tally to boost covid claim for money. Expensive! DNR, “elective” major surgeries, etc.

Carceri e cpr non sono così diversi dalle case riposo: sono istituzioni totali dove le persone sono lasciate dentro, in assembramenti che fuori sono vietati, a morire contagiate.
