Soluciones?

I am really angry that my friends who are on #ODSP barely have enough for one meal a day! I meal! The government sure takes good care of the able bodied! #ableism

“the only ppl who are dying had underlying health issues, the government is contributing the deaths to #Covid_19 to bump up the stats, fake news”
— Charly (@Charly_NZ3) May 21, 2020
Well us with underlying issues will probs go on to survive for many decades if we don’t get exposed to any more viruses… #ableism
Key point to consider: what if disabled/ chronically ill/ high risk academics will not be able to get necessary accommodations? Risk their jobs? Their health? Can #COVID19 result in more discrimination/ #ableism? #AcademicChatter #phdlife #academictwitter https://t.co/nCTxgI1JC5

A reminder that #Ableism & the devaluing of disabled lives in Nursing facilities is not the product of #Covid_19 it has always been their operating model. – Infection Control Deficiencies Were Widespread & Persistent in Nursing Homes Prior to the Pandemic https://t.co/5mBAtB8UDU

You said the writer calling her mentally unstable because she wrote gushy stuff about Putin wasn't ableism. Once again, for those in back, weaponizing mental illness is textbook #ableism . #suckitableism #abledsareweird

All of this plexiglass is great to protect from #COVID19 but how are people in wheelchairs going to pay – everything is basically inaccessible & we thought it was bad before! Six feet for a specialized e-chair? Elevators, grocery shopping…#ableism

Vous n’êtes pas une bizarrerie !
Le “bon sens” qu’on récupère vite & sans problème d’une infection virale est complètement faux :
1. Syndrome de “fatigue” post-virale
2. Encéphalomyélite myalgique
Ça peut durer à vie. https://t.co/YEKoCtOgWr
Help needed for #covid19rehab #pwme who developed #ME post virus – what signs were really important to realise that this virus was different. Unfortunately it might not help you but could help others. #physios need to know. Thanks @PhysiosForME @thecsp @KMiddletonCSP @Hartey_PT

Can you tell me how folks who use a wheelchair/walker would be included? Or do restaurants not give a shit about disabled people being able to eat at their establishment? #Ableism is exhausting.

@Medium when will you recognize #ableism against the mentally ill as a hate speech category? Sick of being sent articles about why we're bad people with "bad habits" etc. by people with no credentials. #mentalillness #mentalhealth #DisabilityRights #medium

Please please start studying the 20-60 year-olds* who never went to the hospital, were never intubated, were never given delirium-causing drugs, yet are still home sick with #COVID19 (and a growing list of other symptoms) 30-60 days later.

Il y a le tragique de situations universelles, les maladies, les décès, la mort, les ruptures & puis il y a les erreurs politiques ou les injustices réelles comme:
— Johann Margulies (@JohannMargulies) May 15, 2020
– sous-financer la recherche biomédicale
– Maltraiter les patients de maladies rares
– Refuser leur prise en charge
